Sometimes this means they are recovering from something really challenging like infidelity, sexual trauma/addiction/dysfunction or betrayal. Other times, couples simply want to feel more connected and increase their ability to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of relationship. I help clients get intentional about the way they express love, pursue recovery and enjoy life together.
